You Cant Dismiss Us Like Children, Council Told

On July 2, the City Council/Redevelopment Agency issued an apology to the community, called for a moratorium on even speaking to another developer, had some bold new ideas for future development, and said it would take no action on any project until a new plan was in force that included community input.
