[Editor’s Note: This story originated in the Pasadena City College Courier, at www.pcccourier.com] Dateline Pasadena -- The city of Pasadena has placed Public Health Director Dr. Eric Walsh on paid administrative leave after videos surfaced online of Dr. Walsh’s controversial religious sermons, according to a statement today by City Manager Michael J. Beck.
Founding publisher Ari L. Noonan pursued a long and productive career in Southern California journalism before landing on Culver City’s front steps in 2001. He launched our predecessor, The Front Page, in print in March 2004 as a Culver City weekly based in The Culver Hotel.
