King Turns Back the Clock on Wednesday at Culver Hotel
Remember the Meralta Theatre, the Culver Movie Theatre, or Sagebrush Cantina? These places were the heart of downtown Culver City decades ago. Many of you may not remember them. But you are familiar with The Culver Hotel, which has been standing since 1924, and continues to be a centerpiece of the city. Christopher Patrick King, candidate for City Council, is holding his fundraiser, “From the Gilded Age to the New Age,” at the hotel.
