The Whole 9 Art Gallery and online community presents the second “Affair of The Arts” on Saturday and Sunday in Downtown, at the intersection of Culver Boulevard and Main Street. The free outdoor festival runs from 11 to 7 on Saturday and 12 to 6 on Sunday.
