An Insiders View of Tenants Rights Refused
As a resident of Culver City for moiré than 21 years, I have enjoyed the people, the shops, the movie studios and the radio stations. I lived on a nice, quiet one-way street until construction was started, more than 4 years ago, two houses down from where I lived. Many times, the construction company blocked my driveway. As a result, I would be late for my work, as an accountant in Century City. The construction company broke into the pipe lines. We had many floods in my building, amongst others on the street.
Gas leaks as well, from an old stove and a faulty heater, almost caused death to my two precious cats. In addition, I was getting sick and nauseous whenever I used the oven. After a car accident last Feb. 7, things got even worse for me. I had a Handicap placque card in my car. But it was stolen or repossessed, so they say, because I did not receive my permanent disability checks from the government on time.
