Abrams’ Excellent Adventure — Inside the Long Closed Natatorium

Last Friday, Sept. 11, I rode my bike to Culver City High School to check out the Natatorium.

Had no clue to where it was located.

Remembering 9.11 Tomorrow

Early on Friday morning, the city of Culver City will be honoring the losses experienced during the attack on the World Trade Center Sept. 11, 2001.

The Police Dept. is coordinating with the Fire Dept. a 9.11 Remembrance to be held on Friday morning, starting at 6:30, in front of the Fire Dept. headquarters, 9600 Culver Blvd.

City Manager Will be the Head Reader Tonight

City Manager Mark Scott, who had last night off with no City Council meeting scheduled, returns to work tonight at 7 for Storytime at the Julian Dixon Library, 4975 Overland Ave. Mr. Scott will be the star of Back to School Night, reading stories to children who are younger and older. A craft project will follow. It is not known if Mr. Scott will. Admission is free.
