Where’s Waldo Cooper?
Although the subject this morning is Jeff Cooper’s candidacy for the City Council — the election is in April — the accompanying photo may have been shot by the author of the “Where’s Waldo?” series. Waldo was easier to find than the candidate in this crowd. Sleuthing determined he is 21st from the left, 5th from the right in the second row. Mr. Cooper already has proven himself the most imaginative of contenders for the two available City Council seats by being the first to declare. Sixty-five persons attended last Sunday’s campaign kickoff, most of whom got in front of the camera ahead of him.
