First of two parts
The fraud and corruption involving the infamous misappropriation of Veterans’ property has moved from the pillaged, plundered and disgraced Los Angeles Veterans Home to the Sepulveda VA Hospital in the San Fernando Valley, in spite of years of overwhelming opposition by millions of Veterans and residents of the neighboring communities.

Under the authoritarian rule of West Los Angeles VA executive director Donna Beiter (already adjudicated in Federal Court for committing a federal crime of civil rights violation and now a defendant in another ACLU lawsuit for misuse of Veterans’ property and neglect of disabled and homeless Veterans) and Ralph Tillman, VA asset manager, who notoriously facilitates and negotiates the giveaway of Veterans’ property at both the West Los Angeles and Sepulveda VA's, once again have manipulated another major Veteran land-fraud scam.
This time sevebn acres and two medical buildings at the Sepulveda VA Hospital in Los Angeles County were given away (75-year lease at $1-per-year) for the exclusive benefit of two so-called “non-profit” groups operating under a “limited liability partnership.”
Concerned Veterans, Veteran advocates, Veteran service organizations, San Fernando Valley residents and community leaders had honorable expectations regarding a VA-held meeting last Wednesday at the Sepulveda VA Hospital to have an open, democratic discussion regarding this privileged $1-a-year lease arrangement with Veterans property.
But Mr. Tillman, the VA’s autocrat-in-chief of land giveaway, made it clear that this was already a done deal in spite of the law-abiding, time-consuming democratic process that encompassed a multitude of public hearings, meetings, and voting that garnered wide-spread and overwhelming opposition against this land and building giveaway and misuse of the Sepulveda VA Hospital.
