A tailgate gathering celebrating the Culver City High School Homecoming football game against Morningside will be held on Friday, Oct. 14, starting at 5:30 p.m. at the home of Andy Alexander, 11107 Farragut Dr.
The Nancy Goldberg for School Board committee invites the community to join the candidate for dinner and then cross the street to the football field to cheer for the undefeated team. The game begins at 7 with admission at the gate of $7 for adults and $5 for those under 12 years old.
Dinner will be provided by Rutt’s Hawaiian Café of Culver City with a menu including Kalua pork, bbq chicken, rice, veggies, salad, sweet rolls, soft beverages, and dessert. Prices are $15 for one meal, $25 for two, $35 for three, and $45 for four meals. Reservations must be made by Tuesday, Oct. 11 to:
