Time to learn more about what has been called the last major development Downtown, Parcel B.

On Thursday, Oct. 6, Issues and Eggs is an event at the Four Points by Sheraton, Green Valley Circle, that will feature the four developers who have submitted proposals for Parcel B, in front of the Culver Hotel and The Culver Studios)

More than 30 years ago the vacant lot was a mix of hotel, bars, stationary store, service station and restaurants.

Now the City Council/Redevelopment Agency will select a developer to develop the site into a vibrant block to enhance Downtown as a destination.

Cardiff Properites, the Tolkin Group, Runyon Partners and Combined Properties are scheduled to give 10- minute presentations on their proposals to develop this final piece in downtown.

The presentations at the Four Points by Sheraton, across the street from Westfield Culver City, will be preceded by registration at 7:30 a.m. with a buffet breakfast.

The program begins at 8. Registration in advance can be done by going online at www.culvercitychamber.com or calling 310.287.3850. The Issues and Eggs event is $25 per person when reserving and paying in advance or $30 at the door. The public is invited.
