As a candidate for the School Board, I will be hosting a BBQ fundraiser and book giveaway this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 at 4241 Baldwin Ave.
More than 500 books and magazines will be given away for free, with a limit of 10 per person.
The books will include “Soul on Ice”, Time-Life Books, and National Geographic magazines.
The BBQ will include my famous burgers and franks, along with popcorn and soft drinks.
