Flux is the state of matters at Culver City High School where shopping began this week for a new principal to replace the resigned Dr. Pam Magee eight days ago. Supt. Patti Jaffe hopes to end one of the shortest searches in school history by announcing a replacement before Aug. 1.
Meanwhile, the future of drama teacher Sheila Silver, Creative Director-Theatre Arts, remains undetermined with the start of the new school term 60 days off. After missing the latter part of the past school year for health reasons, Ms. Silver told the newspaper:
“As of now, I have yet to be released by my doctors. So I do not know what I will be doing next year.”
