Either Gary Mandell, the concert producer, is a glutton for punishment or he needs therapy.
Why would anyone allow himself to be abused by a group of elected officials whose bigger problem is a $3 million shortfall.
Police, fire, paramedics, education, trash pickup, CONCERTS!!!!!!!!!
Get the priorities straight.
If you don't have the courage to fire Mr. Mandell, let him do what most in government can't do: Run a successful fun event.
If I am wrong, go to the City Council’s Monday events and tell me so.
