Dateline Hollywood and Highlands – Maverick Hollywood website (hollywoodhighands.org) cautions future Hollywood tourists: Pack a pistol for personal protection. Apply for a gun permit before arriving here.

Do money-lending tourists now need to carry a loaded gun in order to walk safely down Hollywood Boulevard and protect their bankroll?

Hollywood Walk of Fame murder victim Christine Calderon was unarmed when she was stabbed to death this week. (She was murdered allegedly by a panhandler because she would not pay him for a photo she took of him.)

Visitors from all over the globe who choose Hollywood to explore by foot better supply their own protection from this moment on after Tuesday’s unusually brazen sidewalk slaying.

Because LAPD does not have enough officers to protect everyone on the mean streets of glittering Hollywood, you are all fair game.

A license to carry a concealed weapon (a handgun) might not be a bad idea right now for tourists planning to visit Hollywood, day or night.

Tourist blood was found by TV news cameras this week in puddles on the historic Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The Los Angeles City Council today ignored the public’s request for a simple motion to beef up beef up police security along Hollywood Boulevard, with added cops in light of this homicidal tragedy.

Council members even refused to discuss the Walk of Fame killing this morning, just three days after the incident.

Worldwide tourists be warned: If you visit Hollywood, expect to be in constant danger of physical attack or verbal harassment by increasingly emboldened drug dealers/thugs found everywhere.

Visiting Hollywood is a lot like playing Russian Roulette.

Tourists beware: Don’t allow your blood to be next to stain the Walk of Fame.

Make your next holiday stopover elsewhere.

Signs should be posted everywhere, warning all that touring Tinseltown on foot, day or night, may be severely hazardous to your health of that of a loved one.

Other fun-seeker destinations in Los Angeles still are safe to visit.

For example, you won’t get stabbed to death, like here, if you journey to our great beaches.

So visit the city of Santa Monica that has an excellent po9lice force that – unlike Hollywood _ will fully protect tourists.

Strolling on Hollywood Boulevard with a camera in your hand marks you immediately as a prime crime target.

For the present, it is risky business meandering around here unarmed.

This week’s deadly multiple stabbings to the stomach suffered by a female visitor who came to Hollywood Boulevard – merely to see the Chinese theatre and take a few snapshots of celebrity lookalikes, but ended up on a slab at the L.A. County Morgue – should serve as a stern warning.

This rampant lawlessness has been allowed to mushroom by the do-nothing local politicians.

The City of Los Angeles is near bankruptcy and cannot afford to hire any additional LAPD officers to patrol crime-ridden Hollywood.

That means that when tourists drop by the Hollywood dream factory, they are pretty close to being on their own

The victim was not murdered by a trio of “transients,” as reported. The young lady was brutally murdered by three low-level methamphetamine street drug dealers were doped up themselves when one of them repeatedly stabbed the visitor, Ms. Calderon, in front of dozens of horrified eyewitnesses.
