Now that we are well into the new year, what about your resolutions.
How many have you broken?
For each of us, change can be difficult, leaving us frustrated and ready to quit.
Whatever that change is. Losing weight quitting smoking are not easy. For some, the task is impossible.
Remember when you were a child and were shown how to lace your shoes? So difficult the first few times. Then easier.
Your eyes see the shoelace. Your subconscious sends instructions to the fingers to tie the knot.
Excellent sample because it shows we can do something we never have done before, learning it for the rest of our lives.
Many of us live our lives with the behaviors we get, not the behavior we want.
People do not believe they can have different behaviors. Or they cannot be bothered to develop the behaviors they want.
Fostering change can be easier with hypnosis. After a few sessions you would be amazed at how quickly you were able to identify the change you wanted and achieve it.
When you see a psychiatrist or psychologist, you are talking with them from a conscious level. A hypnotherapist, talks with you via your subconscious. The distinction is crucial. The conscious comprises 10 percent of brainpower we use, the subconscious 90. Since a hypnotist talks with your subconscious, changes are quicker.
To develop swift, enduring change, the conversion must occur within the subconscious. The subconscious holds every piece of information about us and how we have trained it to react. Hypnosis enters the subconscious and makes the changes you want.
Whenever you react, it is based on how you have trained yourself. Through hypnosis, you can present the subconscious with the image of the behavior you would rather have. The subconscious understands the image. Shortly, your behavior is transformed.
It is hard to end habits. Never mind best intentions. Unless you are focused on the changes and present your agenda to your subconscious, you are going to have difficulty in maintaining an upgrade.
To condense:
• Know what you want to change.
• Find out what you need to do to change.
• Implement your work plan.
For effective change, try hypnosis.
