Happy Veterans Day – VA to Can Junior Violators, Not the Big Guys

Fellow Veterans and Friends of Veterans,

VA Secretary Robert A. McDonald has submitted a list to the House Veterans Affairs Committee for up to a thousand VA employees for disciplinary action, most of them rank-and-file employees, those who took orders from those who should be fired and prosecuted.

From the Washington Post: VA chief considering disciplinary action for up to 1,000 employees

Does anyone think Donna Beiter, executive director of the Los Angeles VA, is on Secretary McDonald's disciplinary list for her involvement with all the crime and corruption at the largest VA in the nation? These failings include two federal judgments against her — one for engaging in nine real estate agreements with non-Veteran entities that are “unauthorized by law and therefore void”

Of course not.

Secretary McDonald already received his marching orders on Sept. 17 from retiring U.S. Rep. Henry Waxman and U.S. Sens. Dianne Feinstein and Barbara Boxer. They received their marching orders from the wealthy and powerful special interest groups that are among the nine illegal occupiers of these sacred grounds.

The Sept. 17 letter is from three powerful members of the Legislative branch directing a cabinet member of the Executive branch to alter and falsify real estate agreements that were adjudicated as unlawful by a member of the Judicial branch.

The letter from Mr. Waxman, Ms. Feinstein and Ms. Boxer directs Secretary McDonald to  “bring all land-use agreements into compliance with all applicable federal laws and policies as expeditiously as possible.”

The letter, submitted immediately after the Government Accountability Office released a scathing report exposing widespread mismanagement and misappropriation of funds from the  illegal real estate agreements, is nothing short of obstruction of justice, abuse of power and coercion of a public official to commit a felony crime.

The only “disciplinary action” that needs to be taken is the indictment, prosecution and incarceration of everyone involved in this biggest land-fraud scandal in American history. It has been compounded by some of the most heinous crimes against humanity — cruel and barbaric treatment against tens of thousands of war-injured and homeless Veterans who are forced to live in inhuman and degrading conditions on ski row and in back-alley squalor.

Correspondingly, there needs to be an immediate and full investigation by the Congressional Committee on Oversight and Reform, including FBI, Rico, and federal grand jury investigations to bring an end to this criminal and immoral culture of corruption at the largest VA in the nation.
