The 13th anniversary of America’s 9-11 tragedy — when 2,983 persons were killed in the bombings of the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and Flight 93 — arrives tomorrow morning, and it will be memorialized at each of the city’s three Fire Stations.

The hour will be 6:55.

For the first time, there will be no service at City Hall.

By now, it has become a Culver City tradition to host a solemn remembrance, starring the Police Dept. and Fire Dept., honoring especially the first responders who were lost.
Members of the public are welcome to attend.

The ceremony schedule at each station:

6:55 a.m. — Crews assemble in front of flag.
6:59 –Time of the South Tower collapse. Siren sounds.
7 o’clock — One minute of complete silence.
7:01 —  Flag to half-staff.
7:03 — Ceremony concluded.

Station 1: 9600 Culver Blvd.

Station 2: 11252 Washington Blvd.
