Pretty Relaxing Way to Build an Entirely New You

Letting all tensions drain from your body, every muscle, every joint, from the tips of your toes to your calves, legs, abdomen, chest, shoulders, upper arms, elbows, forearms, wrists, knuckles and fingers, relaxing, letting go.

Your neck, your scalp, your brow, your eyes, cheeks, nose, ears, upper and lower lips, chin and jaw, all relaxing and letting go.

In this place, your body tingles. Or it feels light? Maybe hot? Maybe cold? Maybe heavy?

No matter which you are experiencing, it only reminds you of the deeply relaxed state of your body.

Hear the sounds of life but you are not affected by them.
