Campaigning the old-fashioned way, on bicycle wheels, City Council candidate Jeff Cooper — center, or eighth from the right — rolled out his first in a series of “Cruisin’ with Cooper” monthly bicycle Rides last Saturday. Mr. Cooper and his supporters cruised through the Carlson Park and Lindberg Park neighborhoods, stopping to chat with prospective voters, which, of course, was the point.
