For all of the talk at gatherings of School Board candidates and all the rhetoric at City Council meetings and in the news, why has no one asked candidate Robert Zirgulis a logical question:
What are the names of the “investors” who would be willing to purchase a building on school property, fix it and rent it back to the School District at a price CCUSD could afford?
And what is their phone number?
