A Shameful Stew of Agitators and Enablers in New Haven

Such a large number of dirty-handed persons became involved with the New Haven firefighters’ promotion test that it is almost shocking the U.S. Supreme Court called the case exactly right this week.

The losing side is so lavishly larded with radical, vague and race-centric legalistic concepts that even a brilliant legal scholar likely would drown in the morass of distraction-motivated gibberish.

It should not be surprising this deliberately ugly, arson-type dispute erupted in the hometown of Yale University.

Perhaps the most extreme left-wing school in America, Yale turns out waves of extremist legal minds while suffering from an inferiority complex over the presence of Harvard the way Orange County painfully suffers the proximity of big brother Los Angeles.

This Won’t Take Long, Did It?

Blindfolded, you can walk into any Yale Law School class and randomly tap an eager, uniformly attired, uniform-thinking young man or woman on the shoulder.

Guaranteed, in league with his favorite outlandish, anti-social professor — who yearns for a return to the halcyon days of the Soviet Union — the chipper-eyed recruit enthusiastically will agree to bring any case you can dream up in the farthest reaches of your imagination.

Before you share the barest outline of your true or concocted case, Mr. or Ms. Bright Eyes will inform you of precisely why your opponent is not only wrong but also the most vile person ever to be allowed outside in the sunlight.

You see, Mr. or Ms. Law Student has the concept of brutally shooting down The Evil Man, a  believer in America’s foundational principles, drilled into his or her mind, indelibly, every time the class meets.

In 100 of 100 instants, the law student’s reasoning will be rooted in race, gender or preferably both.

Cluttering a Case with Facts

In the New Haven firefighter case, you may recall, 20 men passed the exam for 15 promotion slots. The “problem” for community organizers in New Haven was that 19 of the 20 were white and one was Hispanic. Every black fireman failed. Obviously, concluded a reliable chorus of minority activists and their white, left-wing lawyerly enablers, the exam was unfairly skewed to favor white guys.  Otherwise, the outcome would have been different.

For the millions who do care about the changing state of American society and the  steady erosion of traditional values, New Haven is an extraordinarily important sampling.

One of today’s most astute political observers, Michael Barone of Real Clear Politics, lifts the shades slightly (http://www.realclearpolitics.com) on the contrived smear-and-smash shenanigans of a New Haven crowd you would not want to meet unarmed.

He merely tantalizes your appetite.

After Mr. Barone, you may change direction. A veritable sociological salad of legal misdirection and logic-lassoing gobbledygook awaits you over at Slate.com http://www.slate.com where outraged Yale professors fume  against the five Caveman Era reactionaries on the  Supreme Court who said  that intellectual acuity actually should trump skin color.

Pay particular attention to an odious overweight clown, a very fat black minister, the  Rev. Dr. Boise Kimber of  the First  Calvary Baptist Church, an ace agitator who learned from his betters.

Pastor Kimber waddled into the liberal lair of Yale hoping  to fashion a reputation as a civil rights star by stirring the race pot for  left-wing lawyers who could not believe their good fortune.

Courtesy of Mr. Barone, here is one morsel from the shameful file of the Reverend who said, “I just want to be one of  the Boise.”

As One of the Boise, the Reverend knew where the thug power resided. You see, the Reverend and the mayor of New Haven, legally speaking, now sleep together.  Thirteen years ago, the shady mayor testified as a character witness for the even shadier Reverend after One of the  Boise was convicted of stealing prepaid  funeral expenses from an  old lady.

Bet that charge was tough to prove.

When the New Haven firefighter test results came in, One of  the Boise brought gasoline and matches to ignite a fire that still rages.
