Government Is Supposed to Pamper Us, Not the Terrorists

There continues to be all of this talk about how our government is supposed to take special care of terrorists under its control.

It makes one wonder where the real priorities are when it comes to some Americans.

Since freeway motorists technically are under the control of our government, will the same defenders of these ruthless terrorist thugs demand that our government also protect our fellow motorists from cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment?

Will they demand that our government end its brutally oppressive and torturous gridlock that now exists, especially in Los Angeles, where the 101 Interstate Freeway has become the “101 Torture Room” that George Orwell warned about in his book, “1984”?

Why is there such an outcry to pamper and coddle ruthless terrorists, when, every day, our own government ruthlessly detains, tortures, humiliates and force-feeds insufferable gridlock to millions of innocent American motorists on our public freeway system?

This torture includes keeping drivers and their passengers in physically stressful positions for hours and unable to go to the bathroom.

We're paying government to do this to us, and the politicians want to raise the gasoline tax (users’ fee) 50 cents?

Where is the outrage?

Why should anyone give a twit or be concerned about a few hateful killers who already live in modern facilities while our public freeway system is an absolute disgrace and our fellow American motorists are abused, mistreated and neglected by our own government?

We Americans need to get our priorities straight.

Government is supposed to pamper us, not the hateful terrorists that want to kill each and every one of us.

Wake up, Americans, while you're still Americans.
