As your neighbor, I want to thank Chip Netzel for the article a few days ago on park workers doing personal work on city time.
The only question I have is, Chip, where were you when people from all over the city helped to clean up your neighborhood park, El Marino?
You should not only tell people what to do but show them, too.
Sometimes it is important to be at right place at the right time.
