Hollywoodhighlands.org asks County Supervisor Mike Antonovich to launch an investigation into the Dept. of Children and Family Services intervention at LAPD HQ in the Andreagate scandal, as reported by the L.A. Times.

• Did the DCFS officer who examined 11-year-old Cheyenne for physical and mental abuse while the child was in LAPD custody make an official County report?

• Has that report been handed over to the D.A.’s investigators?

• Or has it been quashed at the request of County Supervisor Gloria Molina, as a favor to the Mayor?

More shocking information will be revealed by LAPD leaks to the L.A. Times concerning Mayor Villaraigosa’s young goddaughter Cheyenne Chalk and her abandonment by a drug-addled mother and Public Works Board President Andrea Alarcon to an empty post-party L.A. City Hall ‘round midnight.

Hollywoodhighlands.org
calls on Mayor Villaraigosa to immediately dismiss the wayward mom and Villaraigosa girlfriend (?).

Antonio, the cover-up is collapsing on all sides.

Since Times Publisher Eddy Hartenstein was fired by the Tribune Board of Directors a short while ago, you no longer can rely on the Times to neglect reopoirting on your newest scandal.

Questions Starved for Answers

The Times’s team of Zahnhiser/Blankstein reported a story this morning that raises far more questions than it answers.

Now we know the child's name is Cheyenne Chalk, daughter of Herschel Chalk. Does this mean she is half Jewish?

The news media needs to hear Andrea Alarcon's ex-husband's side of the story.

• What is Cheyenne's parental custody status?

• Why wasn't her father summoned to take custody of his abandoned daughter at the LAPD station?

• When was the Mayor informed that his goddaughter Cheyenne was in police custody?

• Did Chief Beck speak to the Mayor before Cheyenne was released to her mother, who left with her kid in a cab after 2 a.m.?

Cheyenne was in protective custody from 11:45 Friday night till sometime after 2 the next morning when Andrea left the Police Station with her daughter.

This is not a private matter.

This unprecedented incident occurred in a public building, famed world-wide.

We demand a full accounting of Cheyenne's two hours and fifteen minutes in police custody. We're all LAPD procedures related to possible child endangerment charges adhered to in Andrea Alarcon's case.

Chief, We Want to Know

• Or did Charlie Beck issue the Mayor's very close friend a free Get Out of Jail pass?

• Why is Chief Beck releasing informational tidbits to the sympathetic L.A. Times reporter David Zahniser?

Beck must hold an Andreagate press conference right away if he expects the next mayor of Los Angeles to reappoint him as Police Chief after his initial five-year term expires?.

This abandoned child says that earlier in the evening in question she returned to City Hall after following and confronting her mother and two others she didn't recognize in the street not far from City Hall.

Mom told her 11-year-old to go back to City Hall.

• How could this be?

It is public knowledge that no one can simply walk into City Hall in the middle of the night without encountering security officers (that are now being folded into the LAPD) as well as security cameras and being required to sign in by that same large security contingent present 24 hours a day.

Unless, of course, the Mayor tells security to overlook the rules when the rules apply to Andrea's daughter?

Cheyenne was discovered by a security officer who heard her cries. Exactly where was she in City Hall at that time? Why is the Mayor keeping the child's location top secret?

Avoiding the Central Question

Cheyenne got picked up by Andrea after 2 a.m. at an undisclosed police station. DCFS was involved in the case, interviewing Cheyenne at the site.

(DCFS officers were also involved in the removal from Councilman Garcetti's custody of his two foster children a short while back.)

The Mayor's spokesman says that Antonio “…was not with (Andrea) Alarcon at any time after he left City Hall Friday.”

That avoids the key question:

• Did the Mayor have sex in his office with Andrea Alarcon on Friday night while the big Project Restore Gala was in full progress a short distance away?

• And where was young Ms. Chalk if that did happen?

The $64 Million Dollar Question for Antonio is:

• What were you and Andrea doing alone in your office hideaway between 8:30 and 9:30 p.m. while the gala honoring you was winding down?

• Was daughter planted in a City Hall office by Mom where the child fell asleep as the Mayor and Andrea had narcotics-fueled sex?

We now know partially from Cheyenne's account of events that Andrea was partying with friends at the DoubleTree Hotel for hours after she left City Hall, abandoning her daughter.

Thanks to the Mayor, Ms. Alarcon is still on $130,000 a year salary plus full medical, which she is now forced to take maximum advantage of with her just beginning treatment for drug dependency.

• Will this sordid tale come to a sad end somewhere down the line with the Mayor's resignation?

Already Antonio's chances of a U.S. DOT cabinet appointment by Obama are shot to hell.

Lots more to come.

That Project Restore Gala sure did supply plenty of sex, drugs and rock ‘n roll, didn’t it?
