The Angry Boys on the Left Sit Down to a Feast

The left-wing racial bigots — isn’t that a superfluous concept? — are bedeviling us again this afternoon.

As if they had fasted for a week and were sitting down, two forks in each hand, to a feast stacked waist-high, they drooled on their hair shirts over their uncommon indecisiveness.

Republicans, stinko. Democrats, undefeated.

Limited to a single topic, the racist journalists couldn’t make up their race-baiting minds over whether:

• To whack Mitt Romney for being a Mormon (see the nearby Dr. Hutchinson essay, “Bigotry, Mormons and Romney”),

• To belittle Mr. Romney for earning great wealth,

• To spank Mr. Romney for just creating 100,000 jobs,

• To rebuke Mr. Romney for living a faultless personal life or

• For having the temerity to run against Swishy Obama,

• Or whether to character assassinate Newt Gingrich for humiliating the race-baiting interrogator Juan Williams in his own lurid racial mousetrap in Monday night’s debate.

The boys on the left routinely lie, and here we go.

Mr. Romney has boasted of creating more than 100,000 jobs, an easily verifiable claim. Since that would make their guy look bad, the left-wing journalists say — quoting The New York Times — “it’s impossible to verify Mr. Romney’s claim.” This is a lie the size of a mountain.

Yet Swishy has been claiming since his first year that he has “saved or created 3 million jobs. This is the same size lie, but the boys on the left never have checked it, never have questioned it.

Mr. Gingrich called Swishy the Food Stamp President, said The Swisher had put more Democrat “victims” on food stamps than any President in history. Libs bristled and said it was racist and a fib. Normal people knew it was neither.

Why would it, praytell, be racist? Because the intellectually bankrupt boys need an excuse. The Associated Press, as much in the bag for Swish as the whores at First and Spring, reported this morning, grudgingly, that, well, um, yes, it was true, but only technically because this rush to food stamps was caused by policies set by President Bush in 2001 and 2008. Always somebody else’s fault.

Mr. Gingrich was making a point about economics, not race. Most poor people are lazy or they would have been more successful. Conservatives ply the poor with job offers to help themselves out of the depths. Libs hand them food stamps and promise a bottomless supply.

What is racist about food stamps, unless somebody, I won’t say who, feels guilty.

Baiting, Mr. Williams disagreed. “It's very racial and… unless I missed it, black people haven’t been out there demanding food stamps, or marching for food stamps.”

If they aren’t out there demanding food stamps, what, my genius friend, makes the food stamp truth racist?

Since Mr. Romney has dwarfed Mr. Obama in every professional dimension of his life, the boys on the left must compensate by mocking and distorting his success.

As I have before with others, I debated posting Dr. Hutchinson’s attack on Mr. Romney for practicing the religion that he was born into and practices with admirable diligence.

Return to the essay, and substitute “black” for “Mormon,” and oh, how the left-wing racists will protest because only they are correct. Ergo, only they should be allowed to criticize since they control 96 percent of print and electronic media.
