Donna M. Beiter, who has managed the Los Angeles VA for the last six years, is “extremely concerned” about the recent Government Accountability Office report (attached). It found widespread mismanagement, including under-billing of land use agreements and improper diversion of funds involving nine real estate deals with third-party non-Veteran entities that are “unauthorized by law and therefore void.” She should be concerned, but not for the reasons she falsely alludes to in …
Widespread Mismanagement at West Los Angeles VA
Well, what took them so long? We've been beating this drum for a long time … and where was the oversight of retiring U.S. Rep. Henry Waxman, and U.S. Sens. Dianne Feinstein and Barbara Boxer? The General Accountability Office report detailing widespread mismanagement of land-use agreements at the West Los Angeles Veterans Affairs Medical Center.

Governments Have Conspired to (Try and) Close Down Sunday Rallies
For 6½ years, 337 consecutive Sundays, the Old Veterans Guard of the Veterans Revolution has openly protested the biggest land fraud scam in American history that resulted in non-stop retaliation by the perpetrators. We have been harassed, intimidated, threatened, insulted, assaulted, discriminated against, lied to, lied about, stalked, spied upon, threatened, and falsely arrested by an out-of-control federal bureaucracy. All of this with the support of complicit politicians who answer to powerful special-interest groups that do not have the best interests of Veterans in mind.

What Was Behind Shutdown of Disputed Park Project?
Yesterday morning a construction worker at the construction site of the 16-acre illegal Veterans Park Conservancy, a public park, informed me that the open-air amphitheater project was shut down. The workers were cleaning up to leave. Hews News Group broke a story on Friday about executive director Sue Young of the Veterans Park Conservancy earning more than $1.1 million over the last decade promoting her public park scam — that is illegal — while forcing war-injured, impoverished Veterans to live homeless and hungry in back-alley squalor.
Not One Dollar, Henry?
For nearly 40 years, U.S. Rep. Henry Waxman never has appropriated one dollar for one blanket for one homeless Veteran in our nation's capital for homeless Veterans. This includes his 33rd District where our nation's largest VA is. Wanna bet how Henry will vote on President Obama's plan to spend $2 billion providing emergency shelter and care for illegal aliens entering the USA?
Stop $6M Use of Taxpayer Money to Silence Veterans Revolution
Fellow Americans, On July 13, we will hold our 330th consecutive Sunday Rally of the Veterans Revolution to “Save Our Veterans Land” and to “Bring Our Homeless Veterans Home.” This could be our last Rally at this location because the County of Los Angeles has a contrived plan to shut down the sidewalk where we have peacefully demonstrated for the past six years. They are spending $6 million of taxpayers' money to landscape and beautify the entryway into the wealthy community of Brentwood, while attempting to silence our long-standing message that the lives of disabled and homeless Veterans and their sacred land are in extreme danger. This is to respectfully request your attendance on Sunday, July 13, to protest …
Mr. Lieu, Mr. Carr, Where Do You Stand on the VA?
Please read the attached by U.S. Sen. Tom Coburn, M.D. (R-OK), a comprehensive report on all that is wrong with the VA all across America. Perhaps this statement by a former Defense Secretary underscores what we have known to be the problem here in Los Angeles.
