Walk around the block — while chatting with the good wife — looking at the trees

A swim in the pool — fun moving in the water — what great exercise

Drinking more water — but not much after dinner — cleanses the body

No sleep-aids at night — and not too much computer — no hangover now

Grape juice for the heart — and for the taste buds — a great win-win drink

Frozen red cherries — with or without cool yogurt — good food for the brain

Rummicube is great — a real challenge for the brain — win or lose it’s fun

A list of to-do’s — for harmony in the house — and much-reduced stress

Kind to all strangers — I hold the door for many — some will say “Thank You.”

I sit when tired — When my breathing is too fast — now I am refreshed

Email your ideas — friends and family will listen — more ideas may come

Writing these essays — I know myself better now — my “passions” are me.
