Re Tonight’s City Council vote on whether to approve the proposed 220-foot Entrada Office Tower project
The placing of this 220-foot building at an intersection that is so over-traveled is an affront to the entire Culver City community.
While controlled development was the City Council's demand in and around Downtown, why does it violate its own mandate by allowing such a huge development?
I would suggest that due to the high negative impacts of air quality, car traffic and disruption of quality of life, that the citizens of Culver City hire a land-use attorney and file a law suit against the city and the developer.
They should demand that an environmental impact report be done, and that the city and the developer comply with the CEQUA (air quality) regulations in place.
But that is just my opinion.
