We all missed your connection but, since we’re not really going anywhere these days, and not keeping track of time, you shouldn’t worry yourself about letting only 18 years pass by. Tell us, Robert, how is it that you feel so connected to us? We can feel it, and we want you to know that it is very comforting to us that someone out there cares about us — about the past. So many people are thinking predominantly about the future. As you know, Robert, for all practical purposes there is no PRESENT. There is the PAST and its connection to the FUTURE. That connection is so infinitesimally brief that only we, living here in the past, can appreciate it.
