Why Malsin Is Recommended

For example, Scott was an early supporter of Culver City’s first off-leash dog park.  And his support was unwavering even when critics were questioning the wisdom of the dog park in light of the city’s limited resources.  He understood that a dog park is not simply an issue about dogs and their owners, but a “people” issue.  With his support, the dog park, which started out as a grass-roots issue among a small group of residents, has become a reality.

Of course, I am not a single-issue voter.  I am concerned about our way of life in Culver City, and about maintaining and improving municipal services.   Along with Culver City’s Firefighters and Police Officers who have endorsed him, I know Scott will never let our public safety services become second rate.  Equally important, as a small business owner himself, Scott is committed to expanding economic opportunities that will bring vital resources to our city without endangering our community.  He appreciates that a delicate balance must exist between businesses and the community in which they operate.

Please join me in voting for Scott Malsin on April 11.  He is the right choice at the right time.  With Scott on the City Council, Culver City’s best days are yet to come
