Why Morning Exercise Is Crucial to Problem-Solving

Nicholas PollakOP-ED

Every day of the working week, I spend a few moments deciding what I am going to write for my Twitter account, Hypno4you.

I offer a motivational phrase or the benefits of hypnosis. Recently, I wrote, “Improve personal, work, sports motivation and performance with the amazing power of hypnosis. Call 3102043321 or hypnotherapy4you.net.”

It is hard to think of something different every day, but it is a great mental exercise the moment I wake up. I do this while lying in bed, preparing for the day. I also post the Twitter statement to my Hypnotherapy4you Facebook account.

Few People Bother

When clients come to me with depression, fatigue, panic, anxiety, a desire to quit smoking or lose weight, I ask if they exercise. Most say no. Those who do tend to exercise after work or on the weekend, a weekend, rarely in the morning.

I encourage every client to get up one hour earlier and go for a brisk 45-minute walk. I ask them to walk as fast as they can, at least fast enough to increase their heart rate and to get a sweat going. A workout in the morning creates greater energy for your body, increases little pheromones that cause a better frame of mind and it helps you to stay trim. (Dr Laura’s rule of weight loss is, “Work out twice as much, eat half as much.” You cannot gain if you are eating fewer calories than you are working off.)

Walking also gives you important alone time to think of the things that will give you a productive day. This allows you to organize your thoughts and to devise a working plan. This should not be seen as a chore.

Hypnosis is an amazing tool. When used correctly by a hypnotist or by you, it will bring the changes you want in the form of success, happiness and prosperity.

Morning walks also help you to focus in on long-term goals and to design your route there.

As for Your Roadmap

Once you establish your objective, it is important to figure how to attain it. I teach and practice visualizing the changes. Then I put myself in a self-hypnotic trance and see where I want to be. I begin to act as if I already have gained my goal. I see it, I live it, I breathe it, always with the image in mind.

The subconscious does not know what is bad, good, wrong, right, real or false. Your conscious mind does. Your subconscious is the receptacle where everything you have ever experienced in any way is stored. You have trained your subconscious throughout your life, based on how you have lived and were raised, to respond in certain ways, to give you what you want. Imagine if you had known how to create a positive visualization when you were 10 years old, how different would your life be now?

It is critical to remember that it is never too late to become more positive. It is not hard. Once the subconscious has accepted your new image, it will throw you ideas that are different but will help you to make the changes you want.

Listen to yourself. Start to act on the new ideas your subconscious is giving you. You are receiving them because your subconscious has accepted the newness you are pursuing. When you get that, there will be no stopping you.

One cautionary note: When you have a thought that in no way contributes to your success, promptly reject it. When you have a thought that contributes to your success, follow it.
